  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • International: 14–31 business days
    Please note: Shipping time does not include order processing, which usually takes 1–3 business days.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Tracking information is uploaded as soon as it's available. You can check it anytime on our Track Your Order page using your order number and email.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes! Pegasus Pets proudly ships internationally to most countries. Some remote areas may have longer delivery times.


🔁 Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Q: How do I start a return?

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
A: We process orders quickly, so if you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to make changes.
